I nbuilt R eview S ystem EoT is a dynamic process, taking the inputs from it the trainer should strive to regularly improve or alter the training methods to ensure knowledge and skill among trainees is achieved to the desired level. Top management of training center (Institute), trainees’ organization has to monitor/review the ongoing process of EoT. Based on the threats, consequences, risks listed in Table 2, some resistance from trainees and trainers can be anticipated due to frequent testing procedures.
