Employing a qualitative research approach, the study conducted one-on-one interviews with 61 participants. The findings reveal a diverse range of workplace experiences that can either facilitate or complicate the integration process. Notably, the study sheds light on the persistence of gender-related issues in these early career stages. The research offers practical insights for organizations and guidance counselors and underscores the need for further exploration in this field.
